Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson is on the road to recovery from his torn left ACL. And it seems that no matter how ruff his comeback is, he’ll have his bulldog Rocco by his side.

Thompson posted a photo to Instagram Stories on Thursday of him doing physical therapy on an exercise bench with his legs elevated, his left leg in a NormaTec leg recovery system, with Rocco sitting on the neighboring exercise bench. Rocco was being a very good boy.

“@rocco.thompson is a loyal steed,” Thompson wrote as a caption for the photo. That’s right everyone – Rocco has his own Instagram account.

A few hours after the photo of the dynamic duo appeared on Thompson’s IG Stories, the photo was posted to the Instagram account for Rocco, where followers of the account were challenged to caption the photo.

“This dude and his broken leg. What am I gonna hump now?” one person wrote.

Another person commented pretending like Rocco was captioning the photo to let everyone know that Thompson is his “best buddy.”

It does seem the two are impawssibble to separate.

Rocco was present with Thompson earlier this month when the shooting guard signed his five-year, $190 million contract to stay with the Warriors.
