Earlier this month, Ayesha, who co-stars with Lindsay Lohan in the film “Irish Wish,” revealed in a cover story for Sweet July Magazine that she and Stephen were anticipating their fourth child. In the article, Ayesha disclosed that although she and her husband had initially believed they were finished having children, they concluded last year that “someone was missing.” Ayesha and Stephen are already parents to daughters Riley, 11, and Ryan, 8, as well as son Canon, 5.

While promoting “Irish Wish,” Ayesha shared with PEOPLE her experiences and feelings during this pregnancy journey. “I feel good. Each day, I feel a little better,” she told PEOPLE. “Getting a full meal down is a win for me.” Reflecting on her pregnancy, Ayesha mentioned in her Sweet July cover story that during one of her doctor’s appointments, she was informed about having a “geriatric pregnancy.” “What’s been interesting is my doctor’s appointments,” she elaborated. “Being in my 30s, there’s paperwork referring to the experience as a ‘geriatric pregnancy’ and all the associated concerns.”
